first line of code
It started with Pascal in school, turned into a craft, and became a career building real products for real users — 21 years of it.

needed a playground, built an IDE
10 years ago I set out to make an online game. While learning, I realized I needed a playground first: an online IDE to test ideas quickly. So I built one.

That side project became Playcode.

scaled past a million people
Along the way our team shipped 20+ products — marketplaces, crypto exchanges, enterprise platforms. We know what it takes to turn an idea into something real.

months of coding → minutes of describing
Then AI changed everything. No technical knowledge needed. You just describe what you want, and it gets built.

built the cloud that runs it all
Building the app was only half the problem. It still needs a place to actually run. So we built that too — Playcode Cloud. One of the hardest things I've ever made.

21 years writing code. Now I just describe it, and AI builds it.
I spent two decades shipping software the hard way. That journey became Playcode — and we didn't just build an AI that writes apps. We built the cloud that runs them.

Playcode AI builds the app. Playcode Cloud runs it.
Anyone can generate code. The real challenge is what happens next — hosting, a database, deploys, staying online. So we built the whole cloud underneath it. This was one of the hardest things our team has ever shipped.
A real computer in the cloud
Every project gets a persistent machine — backend, database, queues, background jobs, files. A dev computer that wakes in under a second, and a production computer that's always on.
Snapshots & one-click rollback
Snapshot the whole machine in a second — code, database, files, the entire system state. Delete something by accident? Restore, and it's exactly as it was.
Built for speed, written in Rust
Distributed across data centers with private networking and low ping. The core is written in Rust so it's fast and reliable — a PageSpeed 100 site is the default, not a fight.
Anyone with an idea can build a real business online. Today.
That's the whole point. No coding. No design skills. No DevOps, no servers to rent, no five vendors to stitch together. You describe it, AI builds it, and Playcode Cloud keeps it running — at your own domain, always on. The tools I spent 21 years learning are now a conversation.
You have the idea. The building part is already solved.
